We are pleased to share this set of white papers, each of which reflect on a key area of research, relevant to issues of equity in education. We intend these papers not to be the definitive word in an area of scholarship, rather to be generative in provoking thought, debate, and insight, and in sparking new lines of empirical research. Each of these papers synthesizes an important area of research and makes suggestions for future scholarship.
